Due to our unique studio environment, we do not issue refunds for changes of mind. However, we understand that life happens! Refunds may be granted for the following circumstances with evidence:
Injury or accidents
Jury duty
Pregnancy complications
Death of an immediate family member
Severe weather conditions
Mechanical breakdown

One-Day Classes: You can reschedule your class free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. If less than 48 hours, a 25% rebooking fee applies.
Term Classes: Unfortunately, we do not offer make-up classes. Attendance is required for all sessions.
We provide aprons, but we recommend wearing old clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Please leave jewellery at home—we're not responsible for lost valuables.

If your class falls on a public holiday, we’ll reschedule for the following week. You’ll receive an email with the details.
Our firing process typically takes 3-5 weeks. We’ll keep you updated on the progress. Please pick up your pieces within two months of notification, as our studio is small, and we need to stay organised!
We send detailed directions via email, including a Google Maps link. If you're still having trouble, feel free to call us at +61 0404377188 or send us an email. Please note that we cannot refund unattended classes.
While we strive for perfection, pottery can be unpredictable. Nuna Terra isn’t responsible for pieces that crack or break during firing. It’s part of the art!
Each class includes specific amounts of clay—check our class pages for details. We provide studio-tested glazes and cannot accept external materials to ensure safety.
Currently, our studio lacks full disabled facilities, but we are working towards a larger, more accessible location in the future.
Our studio accommodates six students, and we cannot allow extra guests. Please contact us to discuss any special circumstances.
At this time, we do not offer external firing services; all pieces are fired in a local studio.
No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for everyone—beginners, hobbyists, and experienced artists alike.
We adore animals, but we cannot accommodate pets in the studio due to potential disturbances to our neighbours.
